I Non-experts need time to get familiar with the topic

I better mix of experts and newbies

I Great tools (Trello, Penflip, git, Pandoc, Annotator)but difficult integration & stability

I report bugs & feature requests

I Missing connection Trello ↔ Document (in git)

I workarounds may exist

I Moving around & rearranging content poorly supported(as envisioned with Hypertext by Ted Nelson)

I open research topic in collaborative writing

I Creation of a handbook is possible with untrained studentsI Cross-media publishing (PDF, HTML, ePUB. . . ) is possibleI Required tools

I Project management (e.g. with Trello)I Collaborative Writing platform (e.g. Penflip)I Document conversion (Pandoc + custom scripts)I Proofreading & feedback (e.g. Annotator)

I But tools are just tools, people matter most
