Provide employee coaching in regards to helping members to understand, complete and develop their specific contractor safety tools and assisting in the development of new, contractor JSA's and SOP's.

Collaborate with HSE peer and management as well as field operations management/supervision, project

coordinators, and QA/QC to achieve company requirements. Provided HSE services for reputable operators and drilling contractors such as Imperial Oil Resources, Suncor,

Precision Drilling, Devon Energy, and Predator Drilling. Liaise with regulatory bodies such as AER during rig inspections as well as maintain open lines of communication

with safety equipment vendors and companies.

TECHNICAL / OPERATIONAL COMPETECIES

Perform civil lease and ice road construction, drilling actives with multiple drilling rigs, wire line services, cementing operations, and water hauling.

Knowledgeable in drilling operations including the use of down hole tools, drilling processes, techniques, and equipment and provide advice on various drilling operational issues or failures.
