2019-present Assistant Professor, Director and Concentration Coordinator for the Exercise in Sports
Science (EXSS) degree, Tarleton State University-Fort Worth, TX.
Responsibilities & Achievements: Teach a variety of graduate and undergraduate kinesiology
courses as well as other duties related to teaching (i.e. academic/professional career advising,
establishing field experiences); the creation and implementation of a dynamic recruitment and
retention strategy for the BS degree in kinesiology at the Fort Worth campus; developing robust
partnerships with local community colleges, and Public Schools critical to significantly increasing
enrollment within the kinesiology program in Fort Worth; demonstrating a record of ongoing
research, publications, presentations, grants, and creative activity; significant efforts toward
recruiting including transfer fairs, virtual tours, social media campaigns, direct campus visits,
among other strategies; serving as the Wellness Events Coordinator for the REVIVE Wellness
Initiative Committee; Serving as the Fort Worth campus’ SKIN Leader; developing a Kinetic
