To Whom It May Concern

I,m writing on behalf of Mr. William'oMike" Rose and his potential to serve as a leader in the

services field.

As an overseas field commander for more than seven hundred assigned members and

hundreds of additional transient personnel, one of my primary responsibilities is.to ensure the

availability of adequate dining urrd lodgirg provisions fol the team. It was in this role that I first

met Mr. Rose in thi summer of ZO14 when he was working as the site manager for the company

the Air Force has contracted to provide these essential services.

During the seven months that we served in our respective positions together before Mike

retumed to the united States, I was fortunate enough to be the beneficiary of what I would rate

and his team met every request wittra level of professionalism, timeliness, quality and energy I

would have thought impossiUte in the deployed environment. Our dining establishment is widely

regarded as the b-est a.ifiiy throughout tire entire Central Command area of responsibility and

the lodging accommodations are Jxceptionally well-maintained. Combined with his infectious,

positiv! uiitud., Mike's devotion to both his tompany's and the military missions, made my job

incredibly easy. More importantly, Mike's efforts significantly improved the quality of life for

our deployed Airmen.

While it was ditficult to lose Mr. Rose, I'm incredibly excited to see what challenges hetakes

on next. whatever they might be, I know he'll do it with a vigor, determination and dedication

that will guarantee ,o.."r.."I am proud to have served with Mr. Rose and was incredibly lucky

to have t i* u, a leader on our great Air Force team. As such, I give him my highest

recommendation; he will be a terrific new addition to any services team'
