AIC was established to supportour seniors’ increasing needs
▪ Incorporated in Aug 2009 to play the role of National Care Integrator.
▪ Coordinate patient referrals to Intermediate and Long Term Care services.
▪ Support growth and development of the Primary Care and ILTC sectors.
▪ Gear up healthcare system to cope with increasing elderly population.
▪ Over the years, AIC increasingly took on a bigger role as sector and service

❑ A large proportion of MG seniors (esp those between 60 to 64 years old) are likely to be
working and may not at home most of the time.
❑ We hope to engage these seniors at places where they naturally congregate, e.g. workplaces, religious institutions, etc.
About 500,000 Seniors born between 1950 and 1959are likely to qualify for MGP.
We can customise engagement modality to suit your needsand preferences.
Option 1: GroupBriefing
▪ Recommended for group of >25-100 seniors.
▪ Preferably a room with projection capabilities (SGO can also support with portable projector).
▪ Expected duration: about 45 mins.
Option 2: Engagement Clinic
▪ For one-to-one engagements.
▪ Suitable location to have conversation with senior.
▪ Expected duration: about 30 mins per senior.
▪ SGO volunteer number to correspond to number
of seniors during session.
