Topco Scientific was founded by Mr. Yuan-Jan Chang in Taiwan in 1990. Topco Scientific has

persisted in practicing the principles of “Diligence, Integrity, Professionalism, and Sharing” and

invested in advanced technologies. Under the leadership of Group Chairman J.W. Kuo, Topco

Scientific proactively adopts latest manufacturing processes and technologies. With effective

planning, execution, and global logistics management, we aim to provide customers with services

of the highest quality and insurmountable specification.

We have strived to meet customers' needs through consistent good quality, speedy delivery,

and prompt service in the fields of high-tech. Our services include the distribution of precision

materials/processing equipment/ components required in the semiconductor, LCD, and LED

industries. Since our IPO in 2003, we have been proactively improving our service quality while

optimizing operational performance. To deploy in the global market, we have penetrated into

the environmental protection and alternative energy sectors, and now offers services in water

treatment, clean rooms, and solar energy power station construction. Our ultimate goal is to build

a comprehensive supply chain and service network that covers design, deployment, operation and

maintenance. Our steady growth and rising revenue over the years is proof of client recognition of

our professionalism and ability to integrate.

To pursue our corporate values and fulfill our responsibility as a member of the global village,

we are dedicated to expanding our business on sound operation. Since 2010, we have utilized our

high-tech expertise in the livelihood industry with considerable progress in various areas, i.e. food,

healthcare, sports, and recreation. We have established ANYONG Freshmart which provides safe,

fresh and convenient food, as well as “Kanbo Biomedical”, a company that offers high-quality

healthcare products. We have also founded the baseball team “Topco Falcons” in order to foster

a baseball culture that brings about both fitness and entertainment. Last but not least, we are in

the process of setting up a “Yilan Tourism Factory, with the aim to create a recreational area that

offers local delicacies. Our goal is to promote a life style that shall be beneficial to both mental &

physical health.

Our self-owned laboratory daily tests our products for total plate count, Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, and volatile basic nitrogen. We conduct rapid drug residue screening tests for malachite green, nitrofurans, as well as a list of antibiotics. We also engage third-party examinations such the SGS inspection to ensure our product safety.

Our production and marketing processes are under strictly-monitored microcomputer temperature control, with food storage and distribution constantly conducted at minus 18℃. This is to ensure the safety, quality and deliciousness of the food we sell.

運動休閒 Baseball Team 2011年為振興國球運動成立「崇越隼鷹棒球隊」，以致力於打造成業

餘球隊的領導者為階段任務 ,以進軍職棒為終極目標。球隊於2014年爆米花夏季棒球聯盟勇奪總冠軍，

2015年開啟與日本獨立聯盟的交流，舉辦台日棒球嘉年華。每年暑

假並辦理崇越小隼鷹棒球夏令營，

培育國家棒球幼苗。

“Topco Fa l cons” i s established in 2011 as a means to support the development of baseball, the most popular sport in Taiwan. Our goal in the current stage is to be the leader of amateur baseball teams, and we also aim to join the professional

baseball league ultimately. Topco Falcons won the championship of the “Popcorn League” in 2014 and hosted the “Topco Baseball Festival” with Independent League from Japan. We are also committed to cultivating talented young baseball players by organizing the Happy Baseball Summer Camp every year.
