Center tunnel unique form language to give interaction for the user and also house the battery

ALIAS 3D MODEL: AFTERMARKET DESIGN:

The design of a widebody fender:Using a digital method of:3D scanning, surface modeling and 5 axis milling. To understand the correct tools and methods to achieve a physical model easier and faster.

From idea to concept using both full scale tape drawing and then translated into photoshoprealisation for alias modeling.

OEM honda fender was scanned using Handy Scan and then it was setup in Alias: scanned OEM skin, Acura RSX digital model and reference photos

Starting to overlay the scanned surfaces and also build out my widened fender over the rebuilt OEM surface and brackets.
