Body text is smallest on page.Normally 11pt.

Headline is the largest text on the page. This does not tell the reader about the content of the article.

Drop capitals to let the reader know where the article starts.

Two word after in capitals. Often the whole line is in capitals.

The stand first gives a brief introduction to the article.

Headline grabs the readers attention and creates impact.

Quote from the article used to break up the article.

Byline used to identify the journalist and photographer.

ImagesThe image bleeds across the page.This is to link the pages together.

Attitude in picture reflects the genre.

The picture is of the artist or the band.

Sub images used to break up the text.Interesting images.

One images takes up one page.

Says the page number and the date at the bottom of page.

The start of the text should be level or higher than the rest of the next.

Breaks in text to make it look more inviting to the reader.
