As we prepare for our return to the stage in February 2021, we are working with our venues on the implementation of health and safety standards to protect our patrons, artists, and staff so that we can all come together to delight in the power and joy of dance without reservation.

Your commitment to Atlanta Ballet will see us through the greatest challenge we have ever faced. In return, we have updated our policies to guarantee that you will always receive the full value of your season subscription. Throughout the coming season, for any reason, you may credit your subscription tickets to a future performance, donate them back to Atlanta Ballet to support our mission, or receive a full or partial refund.

YURI POSSOKHOV A frequent collaborator with Atlanta Ballet, Yuri Possokhov, returns for the 20 | 21 Season with Firebird. “Combination of dancing and live music, it makes our souls a little elevated,” said Possokov in an interview leading up to his 2017 Firebird premiere. His Classical Symphony and Don Quixote are part of Atlanta Ballet’s repertoire. In the 2018 | 2019 Season, Possokhov created the groundbreaking new Nutcracker on Atlanta Ballet. Concluding the season with an exuberant finale, the company showcases George Balanchine’s signature style in Stars and Stripes—an all-American masterpiece featuring five sections dubbed as “campaigns” set to John Philip Sousa’s marches, including the popular “Stars and Stripes Forever.” Juliano Nunes will debut a highly-anticipated world premiere performance meant to be part of Atlanta Ballet’s 2019 | 2020 Season finale, now set to close out our 2020 | 2021 Season.

Choreographed by Bruce Wells, this one-hour ballet version of Snow White follows the young heroine and her prince as they outwit the schemes of the evil queen.
