Coaches, Parents, Guardians and Spectators, Due to the size and popularity of the tournament, this year the Haunted Classic will again provide offsite parking with shuttle service to the John Ankeney Soccer Complex (ANK). While it is not required to park in the off-site parking, the long wait periods during game changes and the frustration of trying to get out of the complex will be reduced if you choose to park in the off-site parking location. If traffic becomes so congested at ANK that we can’t get additional cars into or out of the complex you may be required to park at the off-site location. However, we hope that with the option to use the shuttle service and the additional access point we added to the over flow lot in the south portion of the complex that this reduces the parking congestion to a reasonable level. We still encourage everyone to car pool where possible and use the off-site location if you would prefer a less stressful search for a parking spot. The off-site parking is located at Jacob Coy Middle School, 1786 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, OH, 45385. The map below shows the pick-up locations at Coy Middle School and the shuttle will drop you off at ANK at the location marked on the ANK parking map also shown below. Directions to Coy can also be found below. The off-site shuttle will run on Saturday and Sunday at the times listed below. Saturday 8:30am-730pm**. **The last bus pick up from ANK will be at 7:15pm Sunday 8:00am -7:00pm** **The last bus pick up from ANK will be at 6:45pm. Please be aware that buses will run roughly every fifteen minutes, or on an as needed basis. Also, please take into consideration that the bus trip is roughly 10 minutes long in one direction, depending on traffic. As a safety measure, we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to ride our busses without the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you do advance to the finals please make sure to catch a bus back to the off-site parking after your last round robin game as the bus will have the last pick-up at 645 p.m. on Sunday. There will be plenty of parking at ANK after the preliminary games have been completed around Noon.

From the South: Merge onto I-675 N toward COLUMBUS. Take the SR-35 exit toward DAYTON and follow it to N. FAIRFIELD RD. Turn RIGHT from the exit ramp onto N. FAIRFIELD RD. From Columbus/Springfield: Merge onto I-70 W. Take I-675 S via Exit 44 toward FAIRBORN/CINCINNATI and follow it to N. FAIRFIELD RD. Take N. FAIRFIELD RD. past the intersections of Kemp Road and Lantz Road to DAYTON-XENIA ROAD and turn LEFT onto DAYTON-XENIA. Follow DAYTON-XENIA RD. past Main Elementary, Beavercreek High School, Rotary Park, the community of Alpha and the Beavercreek Township Building. From the West: Take I-70 E and merge onto I-75 S. Take the SR-35 exit EAST toward XENIA and cross over I-675. Take the N. FAIRFIELD RD. exit. Turn RIGHT from the exit ramp onto N. FAIRFIELD RD. Turn RIGHT onto DAYTON-XENIA RD. Follow DAYTON-XENIA RD. past Main Elementary, Beavercreek High School, Rotary Park, the community of Alpha and the Beavercreek Township Building. Pass ANKENEY ROAD and turn left into the parking lot of COY MIDDLE SCHOOL, BEAVERCREEK, OH. General ANK parking information: Parking flow is restricted at ANK during the tournament and the map below shows the parking lots and the designated flow for vehicles so please be aware

of these restrictions. Do not stop to drop off or wait for players as this will quickly congest the parking flow due to the limited space and high volume experienced during the tournament. Please allow ample time to arrive at your game since parking is limited and review the location of your games on the parking map below as certain over flow lots are actually closer to certain fields and will allow for easy access and egress from the park (the North overflow lot for example for fields 1-14).

If you have a legally displayed handicap parking pass we have a limited number of available slots in the complex to accommodate you. Please look for the marked spots throughout the complex as we will make every effort to find you a designated slot. For assistance you can contact one of the parking volunteers located throughout the complex. Please note that we do not allow campers, RV’s or off road vehicles inside the ANK facility and they must park in the overflow area to the North of the complex (no overnight parking is permitted), with prior permission from facilities personnel only. Thank you and we will do our best with parking flow but the large volume of vehicles in a tight space will always make this a challenge. Hopefully, with the added access points and the shuttle service we will experience improvement over the parking wait times from previous years. Haunted Classic
