CURRENT COVID-19 GUIDANCE

1. The coach you are travelling on will be sprayed with a disinfecting solution that protects against viruses such as COVID-19, SARS, MRSA etc. This will be done twice daily during your Holiday or Day Tour.

2. It is mandatory to wear a face covering when travelling on our coaches and if visiting any indoor areas, unless exempt for a good reason as defined by the UK Government.

3. Each passenger must use disinfectant gel situated at front of coach.

4. Passengers must sit in the clearly defined safe seats that conform to the minimum 1m+social distancing guidance.

5. Passengers must board one at a time and fill from the rear of the vehicle.

6. The capacity of passengers travelling will be dependent on the socially distancing COVID regulations in force at the time.

7. On the day of travel your driver will arrange suitable stops for refreshment, convenience and to allow removal of face covering. These stops will be subject to considerations for your safety.

8. Due to any possible forthcoming lockdown measures Tour Itinerary will not be available until day before departure.

9. Don’t forget your FACE COVERING. If you do, Driver will have a supply.

10. Remember to wash hands often.

HOLIDAYS1. A deposit of £30 per person is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due at least six weeks prior to departure.

2. Consumer Protection Insurance In accordance with the Directive on Package Holidays, all passengers booking are fully protected against the loss of monies paid to us for the holiday (and repatriation if required) due to insolvency, by way of an insurance policy.

3. HOLIDAY INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

4. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Company. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted. In the event of your cancellation the following scale of cancellation charges will apply: • Up to 42 days to date of departure Loss of Deposit Paid • 28-42 days prior to date of departure 30% of full cost of holiday • 14-27 days prior to date of departure 45% of full cost of holiday • 7-13 days prior to date of departure 60% of full cost of holiday • 0-6 days prior to date of departure 100% of full cost of holiday

5. The Company reserves the right to cancel any holiday with less than twenty persons booked, not later than twenty-eight days prior to the intended date of travel.

6. The Company reserves the right to alter or amend any holiday should the need arise, should this happen any passengers booked will be advised by the Company.

7. Luggage. It should be noted that at all times the passenger is responsible for his/her luggage. We ask you to keep luggage down to one medium sized suitcase per person, but a small holdall can also be taken on board the coach.

8. Special requests. If you have any special requests such as lowflooraccommodationorspecialdietaryrequirements, please advise when booking.

9. Disabled. Some of the holidays include lengthy periods of travel and some walking on sightseeing excursions. Additionally many of the hotels will have steps to contend with and may not possess lifts, and although we will try our best to look after disabled passengers, it is important that you advise us when booking.

10. Departure points. Please ensure you are at the exact departure point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time. Our pick up points cover a wide area of towns and villages in the North East, however, should your area notbelisted,pleasecontactourofficeaswemaybeableto help. Feeder coaches maybe used when necessary to join the main tour coach, this is to keep travelling time to a minimum. Please note that seat numbers are not allocated on feeder coaches.

DAY TOURS1. CHILD PRICES ARE FOR CHILDREN AGED 2-13 YEARS Children under 2 years travel free but will be expected to travel on their parents lap. Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult. 2. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY If you or anyone within your party is required to cancel a seat, the following charges will apply; Prior to 7 days before departure, no charge. Within 7 days of departure, 50% charge - alternatively you can transfer your seat value to another tour. Within 48 hours of departure, 100% charge - you are not eligible for a seat transfer. 3. CANCELLATION POLICY We reserve the right to cancel any tours if numbers are low. A full refund will be made. 4. PAYMENT When you make a booking, you are required to make payment in full. A ticket will be sent in the post or by email upon request. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

5. PICK-UP LOCATIONS & TIMES All passengers are fully responsible for ensuring they are at the correct pick-up point at the correct pick-up times. We cannotbeliableforanylossorexpensesufferedby customers because of their late arrival at any departure point during the day. 6. SEATING / SEATBELTS Seatbelts must be worn at all times whilst on the coach. You must sit in your pre allocated seats unless instructed otherwise.
