3D PLASMA BEVEL CUTTING HEAD SYSTEMCutting head can implement progressive and continuous cutting at X, Y, Z, ROTATE and TILT axes. Cuts can reach to 50 mm thickness on black iron sheet at 450 + 20 by means of Hypertherm HPR400XD plazma cutting system. Axes are driven with Harmonic Drive motors, patented product of Harmonic Drive AG.On both axes Harmonic Drive i:50 transmission rated drive motors are employed. Height Control is being implementedwith Arc Voltage surveillance, and sensitive screwed axle is being performed via linear skid includingmodule and sensors. Module speed can reach till 10.000 mm/min. Magnetic separation plates and proximity sensors are employed for collision control. Thus, damaging torch due to collision during operation is prevented.Sending cutting head to 0 point on both axes is maintained electronically by means of a single button. As our Harmonic Drive motors are installed into the specially designed sleeve body, full protection against damaging is maintained. Continuous inclined cutting process is being maintained via Pronest and Hypertherm control software. True Hole technology, supplied by Hypertherm, is increasing the quality on bevel product. Sensitive cutting can be maintained with minimum loss by means of fine resetting of the part via laser diode, installed onto the Bevel cutting head.

Kesimler Hypertherm HPR400XD plazma kesim sistemiyle siyah sacta 45°+2°’de 50 mm. kalınlığa kadar çıkabilir. Eksenler Harmonic Drive AG’nin patentli ürünü olan Harmonic Drive motorlar ile hareketlendirilir.Her iki eksende de Harmonic Drive i:50 aktarma oranlı drive motoru kullanılmıştır. Yükseklik Kontrolü Ark Voltaj takibi ile hassas vidalı mili, linear kızakiçeren modül ve sensörlerle yapılmaktadır. Modül hızı 10.000 mm/dk’ya kadar çıkabilir. Çarpışma kontrolü için manyetik ayırma plakaları ve proximity sensor kullanılır. Bu sayede çalışma esnasında torçun çarpma nedeniyle hasar görmesi engellenir.Tek tuşla her iki eksende kesim kafasının 0 noktasına gitmesi elektronik olarak sağlanır.Harmonic Drive motorlarımız özel tasarlanmış kol gövdesi içerisinde monte edildiğinden hasargörmesine karşı tamamen koruma sağlanmıştır. Sürekli açılı kesme işlemi Pronest ve Hypertherm kontrol yazılımı ile sağlanmaktadır. Hypertherm tarafından sağlanan True Hole teknolojisi bevel ürününde kaliteyi arttırmaktadır. Bevel kesme kafası üzerine monte edilmiş lazer diyot ile parçanın hassas sıfırlanmasısayesinde minimum fire ile hassas kesim yapılabilmektedir.

Hypertherm’s patented True Hole cutting tecnology for mild steel is a specific combination of cutting parameters (process gas type, gas flow, amperage, piercing methodology, lead in-out technique, cut speed, and timing) that is optimized for each material thickness and hole size. This process is exclusively available for use with Hypertherm’s Hyperformance HprXD auto gas plasma systems and is automatically applied by our nesting software and CnC software to mild steel holes with hole diameter to thickness rations as low as 1:1

Our cutting table is specially designed for effective collection of smokes and slags, existed during plazma and oxy-fuel cutting and cutting, and remove from environment as well as filtering.Pneumatic valves, located at the backmost of the cutting table, are manufactured with valve lids, opened and closed by means of pneumatic pistons so as to perform the most effective suction at every section in compliance with the positions codes from CNC unit of the machinery. Besides, in order to dispose slags during cutting, practical, wheeled drawers are located at the lower part of the cutting table as a standard.
