Sales and customer service manager – Window Warehouse, DublinJune 2003 – March 2010
Window Warehouse June 2003-December 2003 (General Operative)
My role during this time was a general operative, I was mainly responsible for ensuring the work stations were
kept clean and tidy, ensured incoming deliveries were packed away quickly, outgoing deliveries were labeled
and packaged correctly to ensure traceability.
Window Warehouse December 2003-September 2005 (Site Fitter) I was quickly promoted within the company from general operative to site worker. During this time I worked
alongside other crew members to fit and install commercial windows, doors and curtain walling systems on
major Irish sites. During this time I also was site leader on a number of occasions, meaning I led the crew and
instructed the team on duties etc. whilst also dealing with site foreman and arranging deliveries and safe fitting
of products to strict timelines and safety protocols.
Window Warehouse September 2005-November 2007 (Fabrication Specialist)
I was promoted back to head-quarters to take a specialist role in the fabrication area of the business, this was a
very technical role which included a lot of responsibility; the designing and fabricating of entire commercial
systems, taking charge of projects from start to finish, ensuring a high attention to detail whilst following strict
measurements and safety guidelines. I would be operating a number of systems, computers and machinery
during this role and would be responsible for training others in using these machines as I was solely trained by
the companies when they came over from Germany to inst ruct on how to use the equipment.
Window Warehouse November 2007-March 2010 (Sales and customer service Manager) My final promotion with this company was to a very senior role, which I believe I excelled in. I would deal
closely with previous customers to ensure high quality of customer service and to ensure the company was
viewed in a positive light. I was also the sales manager, where I was in charge of dealing with clients,
explaining our company’s offerings and building long-standing business relationships. During my two and a half
years in this role I exceeded all targets and helped grow the company and expand into new areas of business,
whilst still maintaining a high level of support to existing customers. I was also involved with the interviewing and
