* Pack concert clothes in a separate bag, or a plastic grocery bag for quick access

Theme park bag

Disney will check all bags before

entering the park. Also, they get heavy so don’t bring too much into the park.

Clothing Requirements

Some parents consider purchasing their child a cheapo

gets lost

For the performance students will be in concert uniform. Band polo shirt, black pants, dressy shoes will need to be packed in a travel bag. For the other days in the park students will be allowed to wear comfortable clothes of their choosing (school dress code will apply).

Recommended are comfortable walking shoes, a light pullover for cooler weather at night, something in case of rain, and hat to protect from sun. Sunscreen is also recommended!

Any items brought on the trip will be the responsibility of the child. Parents and directors will not be held responsible for lost items (video games, iPods, phones, etc).

Students will be given 2 meal cards with $10 on them. One used for lunch on Friday in

Hollywood Studios One used for lunch on Saturday in Magic

items in suitcase) 2 lunches 4 dinners – 1 at the mall

Chaperones

Chaperones will have a brief

meeting after we dismiss tonight and will receive

their chaperone shirt

Magic Bands

The Magic bands will serve as

hotel room key, theme park ticket,

and for fast pass tickets. Don’t

worry – we have paper

copies as backups

If you would like to put a credit card on your child's room to use for charging:1) Text Ann Milford at 704-591-2282 or email [email protected] prior to departure for your student's reservation #.2) Call the All-Star Movies Resort at (407) 939-7000 on our check in day of Thursday, Nov 21. Since each room has up to 4 students, please tell the resort which child in the room is yours so your credit card will be associated with only your child's Magic Band. You will also need to set up a 4 digit pin, so please make sure your student knows what number you will choose. You may also choose to place spending limits on your student's account such as a dollar amount or type of purchases (i.e. food only) if you wish.

Medication

All medications will need to be checked in with either Mrs. Ebert or Mrs. Abuaita prior to boarding the buses Students are not allowed to carry

ANY medication with them (with the exception of the self carry Epi-Pens)
