Award winning Clive Morris is renowned for his ability to bring the right individuals together to work harmoniously as members of a single, focused team - able to achieve success and deliver the highest quality of work.

Clive shares his exceptional talents in the field of television; drama and scriptwriting with his exemplary team. Clive is an accomplished single cam and live multi-cam director and producer, responsible for award-winning shows locally and internationally in almost every genre. He has judged the International Emmy’s three times.

Lala brings extensive experience in the film and television industry as both a Director and Producer and Stakeholder Relations Manager. Lala is also a well experienced events and Project Manager who has been responsible for the execution of large scale events.

Sian has over 20 years experience in both corporate audiovisual production and television journalism, producing in France, USA, China, and throughout the continent. She presently runs CMP corporate division and her extensive background places her perfectly to see to the needs of our corporate and broadcast clients.

SIAN CLARKSENIOR PRODUCER

Genna is an accomplished writer, director and creative producer with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. Her expertisespans across all genres from sitcom to docu-drama, drama, telenovela, reality and live events.

GENNA LEWISCREATIVE PRODUCER

Helen is a television producer with a wealth of experience, gained over more than two decades in the industry. She developed her expertise working both in the independent production sector and for broadcasters like the SABC, M-Net, Baynounah Media and Viacom.

HELEN SMITSERIES PRODUCER

Daniel is our DOP extraordinaire. From lighting to camera to directing and editing. Daniel is an award winning exceptional cinematographer whose work has been recognized throughout South Africa. As well as being hugely creative he is also the Technical General Manager of the CMP post-production facility maintaining 12 HD edit suites.

Pam’s background is in accounting and finance and she holds ACIS, FCIBM and CFA qualifications. Pam previously worked for Investec Bank in the corporate and project finance divisions for 7 years and left to become Financial Director of CMP in 1988.

Executive Producer at Clive Morris Productions, Ntokozo’s TV production and broadcast experience spans over 17 years. She was named one of the 200 young South Africans of 2013 and also awarded the “Future Leaders” award by Mail & Guardian in 2013. In 2015 she was awarded the WESSA National Award for Individuals.

NTOKOZO MBULIGENERAL MANAGER

Sunni is a young, passionate storyteller who has impressed as both a filmmaking Director and Writer. She was one of Mail and Gaurdians Top 200 Young South Africans for 2015 and holds a BA Dramatic Arts Honours Degree from the Wits School of Arts. She was the scriptwriter for the 22nd South African Music Awards.

SUNNI FABAJUNIOR CREATIVE PRODUCER & WRITER

Mahlogonolo is all round TV creative and production team player, passionate about telling authentic African stories that resonate with audiences. She holds a Bcom degree from Wits and is currently studying towards a B.A (Honours) in Film and Television from her alma mater. After majoring in Filmmaking at the PRAGUE FILM SCHOOL in the CZECH REPUBLIC she returned to South Africa bringing her talents of content creation, producing and production to CMP.

CMP produced the country’s premier filmand television awards ceremony, the South African Film and Television Awards, for 6 years between 2009-2015.

SAFTAsSOUTH AFRICAN FILM AND TELEVISION AWARDS

In 2010 and 2012 CMP produced the Kora All Africa Music Awards in Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast respectively. Dubbed ‘The Grammies of Africa’, the shows included performances from Africa’s top artists like Chidinma, Meiway, Coupe de Cale, Nuella, Black Kent, P Squared and Yvan to name a few.

Alongside the Kora’s, the team produced The Peace InAfrica concert in 2012 featuring US superstar Chris Brown at the the FHB stadium in Abidjan.

In 2011, CMP, together with Quinton van der Burgh, produced the first South African reality drama of its kind - Clifton Shores.

Directed by Hisham Abed (director of The Hills and Laguna Beach) and shot on fulI HD, the show follows all the drama of four gorgeous American girls who leave the US to live, work and play in the world’s hottest destination: Cape Town, South Africa.

The show premiered in South Africa in August 2012, and is currently being sold internationally.

CLIFTON SHORESREALITY SHOW

In 2011 CMP was asked by M-Net’s youth channel, VUZU, to partner with fledgling production company Parental Advisory Productions, to produce a new reality drama for the channel: Forever Young.

The show follows the audacious and charismatic lives of 3 local TV stars. The first episode aired in March 2012, and by episode 3 the show’s ratings on VUZUtv sky rocketed to number 2 on the channel, out-performing much of the other well-known international and local content!

Crimes Uncovered is a 13 part docu-drama crime series, based on true-life South African crimes, and the successful capture and prosecution of the perpetrators.

Crimes Uncovered aired on MNET in 2012 and won the award for Best News and Actuality Programme at SAFTA 2013.

In 2004 Clive wrote and directed this action, crime, thriller feature film, based on a true story of a hideous murder, where the victim's body was disposed of in a suitcase.

Two brothers, together with one of their wives, plot to kill the old man they live with and steal his pension. When they try to dispose of the body, things start to go horribly wrong.

This 48 minute documentary investigates crucial issues at the heart of the crisis: why does the market for rhino horn exist, and from where did it originate?

RHINOS UNDERSIEGE

PERCY Yutar was the South African government’s most notorious prosecutor during the apartheid years. His aggressive arraignment at the 1963 Rivonia Treason Trial, one of history’s most famous political trials, sent Accused Number One (Nelson Mandela) to prison for life.

Based on an exclusive series of television interviews with Yutar shortly before his death, this documentary explores Percy’s claim that he saved Nelson Mandela from the death penalty.
