PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

Projects must: Qualify as new construction Have 3 or more attached dwelling units in a building Receive gas or electric service from PG&E Exceed the 2008 Title 24 Energy Efficiency Standards Install the qualifying energy efficiency measures Verify installed energy efficient measures through a HERS Rater Complete construction and verification within 36 months of project enrollment

or December 31, 2015 Title 24 documents must be signed by a 2008 certified Energy Plans Examiner
