*,s and epresentati-es from the + ce of the &enate *+//s ,cademe Transportation tilities and %+&T &ystems. Mr. Ma"imo #a-e instructions anddiscussed what is contained in the % %. 2t contains information or data that will beused durin# the lecture and workshop.

Mr. Ma"imo hi#hli#hted the importance of #oo#le earth. 2t shows maps that

o-erlays di erent types of ha4ards. The or#ani4ations can study it and use them intheir ad-anta#e.

,fterwards %ir. &olidum discussed the workshop mechanics or ob ecti-es. $einformed the participants that %+&T prepared 136 list of acti-ities. 2t is a checklistthat will assess the state of preparedness or readiness of ational /apital e#ion.%urin# the workshop the or#ani4ation will 7nd out the stren#ths and weaknesses of the action plan and know which action plan to prioriti4e in the ne"t years.

The #roup answered the worksheet and identi7ed the top 3 stren#ths needsimpro-ement areas of cooperation in the city.
