CLUB MARRIOTTTM VIETNAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

• On presentation of a valid Club MarriottTM membership card, the member is entitled to 30% o� food and beverage bills for up to 20 persons when dining at any participating Marriott International hotels in Vietnam.

• Unless otherwise stated, members will enjoy 20% o� food and beverage bills for up to 10 persons when dining at any other participating Marriott International hotels in Asia Paci�c.

• Members enjoy 20% o� food and 15% o� beverage for up to 10 persons when dining at participating hotels in Japan.

• Members enjoy 15% o� food and beverage bills up to 10 persons at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.

• �e dining bene�t is valid for the total food and beverage bill while not valid for gratuities, taxation, service charge or tobacco products.

• �e dining bene�t may not be available during special hotel promotions, events or holidays such as Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year, New Year Eve, Hung King Day, Valentine's Day, International Women Day, dining on these days members should check with the hotel when making reservations what member bene�ts apply.

• �e dining bene�t is not available for room service, banquets, events held in function rooms or hotel’s special promotions.

• �e dining bene�ts may not be available for designated restaurants, brunches or selected/themed menus unless hotel management decides otherwise. Members should check when making reservations whether dining bene�ts apply on such restaurants, dates or menus. Reservations are essential.

• Dining discounts may not be available on special set menus that are already discounted.

• On presentation of a valid Club MarriottTM membership card, members are eligible to receive up to 20% discount from the Best Available Rate (BAR) on weekends (Friday & Saturday) at participating Marriott International Hotels (7 days a week in participating resorts and hotels in Vietnam) across the Asia Paci�c region.

• Limited to a maximum of three (3) rooms per booking per night; not valid for group bookings. �e member should check with the hotel for availability.

• Advance room reservations are required.

• A valid Club MarriottTM card must be presented upon check-in to qualify for the rate.

• All accommodation bene�ts are subject to availability, not valid through periods of expected high occupancy. Black-out dates may apply. A minimum of three (3) days advance reservations is required.

• All accommodation bene�ts are not valid in combination with other discounted o�ers, certi�cates, promotional packages, corporate rates and meeting packages.

• 20% o� spa-treatments on regular menu price, excluding signature treatment and retail items at Le Méridien Saigon and Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon.

• 20% o� Health Club membership package at Le Méridien Saigon and Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon.

• 10% of Deli Shop at JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi.

• Only one membership card may be used per table per dining visit. Group bookings holding more than one card may not use multiple cards by separating tables.

• Club MarriottTM membership card is Non-Transferable and valid until the expiry date which is printed on the membership card and any member bonus certificates. The expiration date cannot be extended under any circumstances.

• Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to the Club MarriottTM office at 8428 3827 4033 / 8428 3827 4032. An administration fee of VND 500,000 nett will be charged for a replacement membership card which will have the same expiry date as the original membership card. Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

• Club MarriottTM membership card and certificates have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred for cash. They must be presented upon payment to redeem benefits.

• The membership benefits cannot be used in combination with any other discounted offers and are subject to any applicable terms and conditions.

• Requests for using the benefits must be made in advance, stating the intention to use the relevant benefits. All requests are subject to availability and other restrictions and blackout dates may apply.

• The participating hotel and restaurant listings, membership benefits and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other Club MarriottTM material may be subject to change without notice. • Trừ khi có quy định khác, hội viên sẽ được giảm 20% cho đồ ăn và thức uống cho tối đa 10 người khi dùng bữa ở bất kỳ khách sạn thành viên thuộc tập đoàn Marriott International khu vực Châu Á �ái Bình Dương.

• Hội viên sẽ được giảm 20% cho đồ ăn và thức uống cho tối đa 10 người khi dùng bữa tại các khách sạn thành viên ở Nhật.

• Hội viên sẽ được giảm 10% cho đồ ăn và thức uống cho tối đa 10 người khi dùng bữa tại khách sạn JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.

• Ưu đãi trên áp dụng cho tổng hóa đơn của đồ ăn và thức uống, không áp dụng giảm giá trên phí phục vụ và thuế giá trị gia tăng hoặc các sản phẩm thuốc lá.

• Ưu đãi trên có thể không áp dụng cho các chương trình khuyến mãi đặc biệt, sự kiện hoặc các dịp đặc biệt như: Giáng Sinh, Đêm Giáng Sinh, Năm Mới, Đêm Giao �ừa, Giỗ Tồ Hùng Vương, Lễ Tình Nhân, Quốc Tế Phụ Nữ. • Ưu đãi trên có thể không áp dụng cho các thực đơn đặc biệt đã được giảm giá.

• Hội viên được giảm giá 20% khi sử dụng dịch vụ spa (không bao gồm các dịch vụ đặc biệt) tại khách sạn Le Méridien Saigon và khách sạn Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon.

• Hội viên được giảm 20% khi mua �ẻ Hội Viên Câu Lạc Bộ Sức Khỏe tại Khách sạn Le Méridien Saigon và khách sạn Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon.

• Hội viên nhận 10% giảm giá tại Deli shop tại JW Marriott Hotel Hà Nội.

• Hội viên Marriott nhận 20% giảm giá trên mức giá công bố vào cuối tuần (�ứ Sáu và �ứ Bảy) tại hệ thống Tập đoàn khách sạn Marriott (7 ngày/tuần tại khu nghỉ dưỡng) trên toàn khu vực Châu Á – �ái Bình Dương (7 ngày/tuần tại các khách sạn và khu nghỉ dưỡng tại Việt Nam)

• Quyền lợi giảm giá chỉ áp dụng cho hạng phòng tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn.

• Áp dụng tối đa 3 phòng/cho một (1)/đêm cho mỗi lần đặt; không giới hạn ngày đặt phòng, không áp dụng cho các khách đoàn.

• Phòng phải được đặt trước.

• Hội viên phải xuất trình �ẻ Club Marriott™ còn hạn sử dụng khi làm thủ tục nhận phòng tại Khách sạn để hưởng mức giảm giá.

• Tất cả quyền lợi về đặt phòng phụ thuộc vào tình trạng phòng và các điều khoản giới hạn khác của Khách sạn, không sử dụng được vào giai đoạn cao điểm của khách sạn. Phòng phải được đặt trước ít nhất 3 ngày.

• Không được sử dụng kết hợp với các chương trình khuyến mại, giảm giá đặc biệt hay phiếu quà tặng khác.

• Chỉ áp dụng một (1) thẻ hội viên cho mỗi bàn ăn. Khách đặt bàn theo đoàn có hơn 1 thẻ không được phép sử dụng nhiều thẻ bằng cách tách bàn riêng.

QUYỀN LỢI VÀ ĐIỀU KIỆU THẺ HỘI VIÊN CLUB MARRIOTTTM

• Thẻ hội viên Club Marriott TM không thể chuyển nhượng được và thời hạn sử dụng được in rõ trên phiếu. Hạn sử dụng không được gia hạn trong bất cứ trường hợp nào.

• Thẻ bị thất lạc hoặc bị trộm cắp phải được thông báo ngay với Trung Tâm Thẻ Hội Viên Club MarriottTM qua số điện thoại 84 28 3827 4033 / 84 28 3827 4032 và chịu một khoản phí hành chánh là VND 500,000 nett cho việc cấp thẻ mới có thời hạn sử dụng như thẻ cũ. Các phiếu ưu đãi sẽ không được cấp lại nếu mất.

• Thẻ Hội Viên Club Marriott TM và phiếu quà tặng không có giá trị tiền mặt và không thể chuyển nhượng. Thẻ và phiếu phải được xuất trình trước khi thanh toán để được hưởng ưu đãi.

• Các phiếu ưu đãi không được sử dụng kèm với bất cứ chương trình khuyến mại, giảm giá nào và phải tuân theo tất cả các điều kiện và quy định sử dụng.

• Yêu cầu sử dung ưu đãi cần phải được thông báo trước và nêu rõ ý định khi sử dụng. Tất cả các yêu cầu sẽ tùy thuộc vào tình trạng của khách sạn và không sử dụng được vào giai đoạn cao điểm của khách sạn.

• Danh sách các Khách sạn và các Nhà hàng tham gia chương trình, các phiếu ưu đãi và các điều khoản, quy định được nêu trên hoặc bất kỳ tài liệu nào của chương trình Club MarriottTM có thể được thay đổi mà không cần báo trước.
