After signing up for our Cloud DBA services, we will schedule a meeting with your staff and at least 2 principal service managers from EnterpriseDB. This meeting will clearly layout the timing and milestones of service delivery, introduce staff, address any pre-requisites needed prior to service start like remote access, and
answer any questions that may arise. If you have a Cloud database deployment we can subsequently begin managing it. Alternatively, based on your requirements, we can create a cloud database environment for you and instruct you how to connect your applications to it. �

With monitoring in place and 24x7 support, if there is a system issue or outage, we’ll know right away and begin troubleshooting the problem. If a simple adjustment is called for, we apply it and return the system to normal operations. If a software fix is required we will create a service trouble ticket, start support escalation
