57-jähriger Dialysepatient mit V. a. Peritonitis;Antibiotikatherapie: Ceftriaxon (6 d), Vancomycin i.v. (25 d), Roxithromycin (11d), Meropenem (31 d), zuletzt Moxifloxacin i.v. (8 d), danach Diagnose derCDAD; nach erfolgloser Therapie mit Metronidazol p.o. und Vancomycin p.o.wurde bei toxischem Megakolon eine Kolektomie notwendig.
84-jährige Patientin mit V. a. Erysipel/Nekrotisierende Fasziitis;Antibiotikatherapie: Piperacillin/Combactam (2 d), Meropenem (10 d), zuletztCiprofloxacin (10 d); danach Diagnose der CDAD; nach erfolgloser Therapiemit Metronidazol p.o. und Vancomycin p.o. erfolgte bei toxischem Megacoloneine Kolektomie. Die Patientin verstarb wenige Tage nach dem Eingriff.
55-jähriger Dialysepatient mit Shuntinfektion;Antibiotikatherapie: Ampicillin/Sulbactam (10 d), Moxifloxacin (8 d), danach Diagnose der CDAD und nach erfolgloser Therapie mit Metronidazol p.o. erfolgte bei toxischem Megacolon eine Kolektomie.
