Educational Philosophy

Social change is the result of a Successful Education.

Successful Education can be the result of a Social Change.

Making a difference in the world, is the result of an experienced based education,

combined with good core values, truth everlasting. Educators must begin working together to create

a just society and democracy.

The success of all students is a direct result of their thirst for knowledge, their dedication, effort,

determination, integrity, and vision quality are enhanced and developed by knowledge that has

been raised out of experimentation through a real life experience. Their Knowledge should be

used as a tool in bringing forth what is within this brings out the potential to lead.

These are the foundations on which my educational philosophies are built.

Educational Philosophy

Quality and integrity is the foundation on which all things should begin and end, for it is the quality of the program, the

environment and the integrity of the leadership that dictates the success of my students and ensures their quality of life. The

success of my students is a direct reflection of my leadership.

Educational Biography

An advocate of children and their quality of life experience. I served as a ECE for over Fourteen years I held many

administrative positions and have always advocated that education should occur in environments that will foster cooperative and

interactive learning, good life skills, a love, knowledge and awareness of Arts ,Culture, technological advancements and

environmental sustainment.

I have further promoted in my works that each one teach one ensuring good community service skills. In my years

encouraging and continued enrichment of programs in the areas of foreign language, science, mathematics, life skills, and etiquette

training I continually Encouraged, supported and nurtured student’s natural talents while directing them to hone their ways of self

expression. As a leader I am assertive, attentive, committed, passionate, decisive, fair and dependable.

This makes me an idealist and a Perennialist
