Resort guests can explore the Indian River Lagoon, an estuary where the salt water from the Atlantic Ocean mixes with the freshwater of Florida. The kitchen’s island bar has a large sink and seats three.

Upstairs bedrooms and private sanctuary.The three bedrooms are located on the second floor for finding privacy from the large gathering area on the first floor. Each bedroom features high cathedral ceilings and windows to let in the Florida sunshine. The master bedroom has its own master bathroom while the other bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

Accommodating furry family members.Cape Crossing has pet friendly options. We understand dogs can be part of the family and we want your whole family to enjoy your Florida vacation. We also know some of our guests may have very sensitive allergies which is why we have units that are always “Pet-Free.”

Condo units with views of the water and much more.Scheduled to open summer 2019...is the condominium tower at Cape Crossing Resort & Marina. The tower will feature 35 luxury units with two elevators. From your balcony view, watch rocket launches, sunrises or sunsets over the surrounding, scenic waterways.

Spacious vacation rentals.Cape Crossing’s sprawling, water-view condos will be available in four different floor plans and will be fully furnished and professionally decorated in luxury coastal style. Guests will have the option of choosing a three-bedroom unit with two bathrooms or a four-bedroom unit with three bathrooms.

Pontoon boats, paddleboard and kayak rentals – right at the resort’s marina!Kayak, paddle board, and pontoon rentals are available for exploring the rivers, canal, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Our pontoon boats are 20 to 22 ft. in length and seat up to 8 people- pets are welcomed too.

Sail out on the river and watch dolphins & Manatees or even a Rocket Launch! Or just relax on one of the river islands and sandbars. In-house guests of Cape Crossing Resort & Marina receive a discount on rentals.

Fish “The Salt Water Trout Capitol of the World.”Zip across the Indian River Lagoon and fish the flats on the Banana River. The Indian River Lagoon is home to a wide array of sport and game fish. Popular species include snook, redfish, tarpon and spotted sea trout. Drum, sheepshead, catfish and ladyfish also swim the Lagoon system and its estuaries, making game for lighter tackle. Cast nets are likely to nab mullet schooling in shallow waters of the barge canals and close-to-shore fishing spots.
