CLMUAchievements in 2015Major equipment's has been serviced and repaired using various faculties & grant funding.Laboratory Maintenance Unit (LMU) helped to repair minor equipment's resulted in saving cost.Consumables & certain chemicals purchases were reduced due to central store concept plus sharing basis.Animal house shifted to more suitable location.All the laboratories are now with Wi-Fi facilities & MDL 1,MDL 2 & MDL 4 has extra projector screen to aid in teaching.Centralized PG lounge for the all PG students was established. Directions for Year 2016Each staff will be given responsibility for a specific task; Biosafety, Safety(DOSH), Animal House, Maintenance.To create a complete list of available microbial list and to maintain the cultures.To continue to carry out service and repair of equipment's.To conduct training for PG students on lab safety matters To organize equipment training.

KPI for 2016Increase staff competency on equipment handling.To ensure equipment's are well serviced and maintained. Comply to requirements & complete documentations & SOPs required for each respective fields.
