Description

This building will accommodate various clinical administration departments decanted from the main hospital and is an integral part

of the decant strategy to help enable the development of the main 3T's scheme. Our design makes efficient and effective use of the

existing steeply sloping site. The design includes for 1000m² of administration space across three storeys together with space for a

generator enclosure which serves ward accommodation elsewhere on the site. The building was located so as to have minimal visual

impact on the hospital and it's close neighbours.

Innovations & Added Value

The site is currently underused and detracts from the overall appearance of the area. Our proposal maximises the sites potential by

designing a basement level to provide additional accommodation and establishing good views for the office accommo-

dation toward the sea. The development will be of a high quality and will enhance the site and its surroundings.
