TEMPERATURE SENSIBILITY
The water level in a system can not pass the boil temperature at atmospheric pressure. The interceptor valve of VIC083 series integrates an element sensible to temperature and liquid expansion, which allows to suddenly interrupt the (liquid or gaseous) fuel fl ow towards the burner, as soon as the water temperature reaches the value of the calibration temperature.Being the valve equipped with a positive safety device, it operates in emergency in case of a trouble at the capillary or at the thermosensitive element.

I.S.P.E.S.L. SPECIFICATIONS
The specifi cations of I.S.P.E.S.L. (“Dossier R-82”), which regulate the systems with a heat generator and a thermal potential greater than 30.000 kcal/h, as an alternative to the thermic exhaust valve, provide for the use of the valve for fuel interception in some cases, giving this defi nition of it: “self-operating valve, with positive safety, applied onto the feeding pipeline of the burner, which close the passage of the fuel in case of an exceeding rise of temperature” (R 1.B.6.4). The valve for fuel interception is a safety self-operating (it does not need any external energy supply) device, with positive safety, that’s to say it is such that it intervenes in shuttering if there is any brake in the sensitive element or in the capillary of connection between the sensor and the valve.

This electromagnetic valve is such made that it can intercept the gas, either for the signaling of danger sent by a sensor of gas presence (methane, gpl, carbon monoxide and other) or by a safety thermostat, or for the absence of power (black out).
For a greater safety, this electromagnetic valve can be rearmed only if tension power is present and just when the gas detector does not send any signal of environment danger. Moreover, this kind of valve has got a very small screwing radius which allows the installation even in narrow spaces.

The working principle of the electromagnetic valves series EV128.11-12 N.O. is very simple and so extremely safe. The electromagnetic coil, if exposed to voltage, detaches the shutter part of the valve which is normally open. The reset is manual in order to verify the causes of the occurred gas interception.During the normal working, there is no electric consumption and then, besides the energetic save, no part is liable to wear resistance; in this way, vibrations and buzzing are avoided.
Moreover, this kind of valve has got a very small screwing radius which allows the instal-lation even in narrow spaces.

Manual reset electromagnetic valve which can be used both as normally open and closed.Normally open:It shuts by a current pulse received from the gas detector and can be rearmed only after the loss which caused the interven-tion of the detector has been found and eliminated.Normally closed:Is has to be considered a safety device just when the led on the electric connector of the valve is lighted up. It shuts for the ab-sence of power (black-out) or for a command received from the gas detector. If the shut-tering is caused by the absence of power, the electromagnetic valve can be rearmed as well in order to being able to use domestic con-sumptions (for ex. the cookers). In this case you are not operating in a safety regime, but as soon as the power returns back the valve switches to the closed position and becomes ready to be rearmed and to operate as a safety device. If the shuttering is caused by a command of the gas detector, the electro-magnetic valve can be rearmed only after the loss which caused the intervention of the detector has been found and eliminated.

The manufacture of the electromagnetic valve type EV130.1x is very accurate with viton tightening parts, made of brass and inox steel.It can be used, besides gas oil, also with air, water and other non-corrosive fl uids. Electromagnetic valves
The working principle of the manual reset electromagnetic valves is very simple and so extremely safe. The electromagnetic coil, if exposed to voltage, detaches the shutter part of the valve which is normally open. The reset is manual in order to verify the causes of the occurred gas interception.
During the normal working, there is no electric consumption and then, besides the energy saving, no part is liable to wear resistance; in this way, vibrations and buzzing are avoided.

The electromagnetic valve series EV130.3x is specifi cally studied to be reliable even in the worst working conditions. It has got a wide passage section and so low load loss and its particular manufacturing avoids the jamming of the plunger, usually caused by either a strong pressure above, or by a strong depression below the valve. The manufacturing is very accurate with a die-cast aluminium structure, tightening viton parts and all the parts which are in touch with the fl uid are made of brass and inox steel. Compared to other servo-driven membrane models or seemingly similar, the electromagnetic valves type EV130.1x are able to operate continuously even in ring circuits with a pressure differential be-tween above and below from 0 to 8 bar.Moreover, the instantaneousness of open-ing and shuttering allows the application of these valves to be applied wherever a precise proportion of fl uids is requested.
