The causes of climate change are A layer of greenhouse gases primarily water vapour, and including much smaller amounts of carbon dioxide and act as a thermal blanket for the Earth, absorbing heat and warming the surface to a life-supporting average of 59 degrees Fahrenheit (15 degrees Celsius).Humans burn fossil fuels to make energy causing more carbon dioxide adding into the layer of greenhouse gases that traps more heat making the earth warmer. Climate change reduction ways we can reduce climate change are By using renewable energy= wind farms Wave and tidal schemes Reduce our demand in energy in Our homes Transport 4. More ways to reduce climate change By choosing a car with better gas mileage, an electric car or a hybrid. Buy energy efficient appliances by checking the energy efficiency sticker on the box By using less energy and switching appliances OFF we can save mega watts of energy. 5. More ways to reduce When not using appliances, switch them off to reduce carbon dioxide. When shopping use reusable bags, buy only what you need and look for goods with less packaging and that come from your local area. If you have to use the car to get to school, CAR SHARE!!! When stuck in a traffic jam, turn the cars engine off. The 3 rs are reduce, reuse, recycle. Buying local food is better for the environment as it uses less fuel consumption. 6. By going on holiday to places far away makes humans burn more fossil fuels and causes a warmer earth. So why not try going on holiday to somewhere closer to home!!! 7. Stations are plotted over most of Sydney and you can plug your hybrid car in and charge it whilst you shop. 8. So if we all use less energy we can stop all of that happening and we will all live longer with no floods lots of food and more animals in the world. 9. Thanks for watching
