WELCOME Users can confirm their account by viewing their name in the welcome message. Logout and Support content can also be accessed.

MESSAGES Users can immediately see the number of new/unread messages they have in their CurePet inbox .

ORDERS & RESULTS New orders and results are presented to the user eliminating the need to constantly check in with individuals or maintain a cluttered inbox full of notifications .

TASKS Individuals can manage their own tasks based on ad hoc and workflow based assignments.

FAVORITES A limited number of favorites is presented on a menu bar accessed by toggling the

favorites button on the tool bar.

CUSTOM BRANDING Customer branding can be defined and included in the banner of the application.

PRIMARY NAVIGATION Each module receives its own icon and label in the primary navigation. This helps users ensure they always understand their current position in the application.

PRIMARY CONTENT AREA All data entry and module presentations occur within the primary content area of the application.

MOUSEOVER DETAILWhen a user places the cursor over one of the notification items in the toolbar, a brief summary will appear where a user can select a specific area to navigate to.

CONTEXT MENUMore extensive modules may make use of context menus to ensure users can easily find the content they are looking for.

SEARCHSearch is accessible at the top of the application in relevant modules. As a user begins to enter text in one of the three primary fields, results will begin to populate immediately. Selecting a result will bring the user to the profile page associated with the entry.

UPCOMING/CHECKED-IN Users can quickly and easily access a list of upcoming appointments to make check-in and rescheduling easier. With the click of the mouse, individuals can also find out who is checked in and if a patient is ready for check- out/invoicing. The checked-in view also offers a visual notification for when a particular patient is ready for check-out/invoicing. Users can check a patient in simply by placing the cursor over the appoint-ment tile and selecting the Check-in Link. The check in feature guides the CSC through the process by prompting the client for pertinent information. At this time, they can also record personal belongings that are being left so they can be tracked and accounted for.PATIENT TILES Each patient is shown on an individual tile allowing for enough space to show a picture as well as critical appointment details. The picture will also help coordinators greet patients by name instead of always having to ask.

CLIENT SUMMARY A brief summary of the selected patient to the left is presented in the center panel of the screen. Key information about the client is also depicted here.

CURRENT PETS Active/current pets are displayed with a few key attributes and can be selected to drive the content below. Pet history will show all inactive pets for a particular client.

PATIENT SUMMARY The patient summary presents key alerts, allergies, reminders and recent medical history for a given pet.

MESSAGES A summary of the CurePet inbox can be found here to ensure CSCs are always up to date on the latest requests.

TASKS Workflow tasks and personal items can be entered and tracked in this summary view.

CHECK-OUT The invoice for Geronimo is ready as we can see the green notification on the patient tile in the check-In list. The check out process contains multiple steps including paying the invoice and/or balance on the client’s account, ensuring all personal property has been returned, creating follow up appointments, and potentially adding products such as food, treats, or medical supplies. Once the required tasks have been completed the check out button will be enabled at the bottom of the screen. Customers can choose one or more invoices to pay allowing for only one transaction but ensuring the integrity of the data that is separated on multiple invoices. Once the invoice has been paid, the balance is decreased to zero and the check out button is enabled, the patient is now ready for final Check-out.

In addition, validated referral fields will help standardize the content that is collected enabling faster, more accurate information.
