Preamble About the Client Profile Questionnaire Thanks for taking the time to complete the Client Profile Questionnaire. This is a crucial first step for all clients who express interest in participation in the Agri-Business Development Program.

The Profile’s purpose is to support your brief reflection on the current state of your business – where it is up to, how it is going, where it is heading – and the fit with your own personal plans and desires. There are no right or wrong answers – the aim is to stimulate your personal thinking and start your own review process – and to encourage honest and open answers to all questions. This process provides ABDI with an understanding of the needs of Program clients.

It also allows you to review your progress over the program. It creates a Baseline of where you were when you started, so you can measure the differences – your Levels of Achievement – so we can all celebrate your progress over time.

Leading Sheep Financial Assistance To apply for the subsidised Leading Sheep price, please complete this questionnaire. Applications will be assessed on the mandatory criteria below and your responses to this questionnaire. Once you complete the questionnaire, please click “submit”.

Financial assistance mandatory criteria: • Applicants must be a Queensland wool producer• Applicants must be aged 18 to 45 years • A maximum of two people from the same business can receive financial assistance from LeadingSheep • Applicants must complete the full 12 month Agribusiness CEO Mentoring program
