• Project Manager, Mr. Mike Jozsa
The project Manager has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and has an adept at integrating advanced technology into the construction environments. His technical expertise and insight of construction process offer the design team high value for problem solving, he is sensitive to the goals and aspirations of the entire design team, and is an advocate for maintaining the complete construction process and design process as intended throughout the entire project.
The project manager prepares, monitors and maintains timely schedules, cost controls and budgets for the key stakeholders and the project team. Item such as project status reports, meeting minutes contact list, resource and manpower requirements, cash flow requirements, forecasting current marketing conditions and future trends will also be provided as required. The project will manager will map out an overall project schedule using Microsoft Primavera Software. This detailed schedule will be updated every week to report on progress, and assist to resolving schedule challenges. Close attention to project scheduling ensures a smooth running project, and minimum of disputes.

The construction superintendent shall bring his expertise as construction manager and implement his in depth understanding of the construction process, this is a tremendous resource for the project team. His diplomacy, extensive background and ability enable him to minimize conflict, optimize schedules, expedite administrative issues, maximize quality control, and cultivate team spirit during construction.

Every aspect of the project is monitored with the hands on care of the old-school, combined with the most current computer project management and project scheduling systems, we know and can report on any facet of the project at any time. We combine long-term practical experience with the latest education and newest management tools and have developed a proven track record completing projects on time and in budget.
J R Contract Management Corp. will carry out continuous design budgeting exercises utilizing the current market place and be in complete control of project cost related to design and schedule at any stage in the project.
Milestones
The project team identifies the needs of the project. Combined with the calendar restraints, tenant/building owners commitments and end user timelines all combine to establish the project milestones. The milestones are prioritized and the design , cost engineering, project management and owner all work to the common goals.

Method for Tendering
J R Contract Management Corp. has and will utilize all available resources, to advertise each and every tender call for the best exposure to receive competitive sub-trades. The resources available to the team are the internet tendering systems, the Alberta construction associations, and J R ’s own broad spectrum win fax computer system set up for tender each and every trade required.
Methods for Scheduling
J R Contract Management Corp. monitors all aspects of the project with the most current computer project management and project scheduling systems. At present our educated staff is utilizing the Sure Track construction scheduling program, which is an improved construction management programme written by primavera systems.
Progress Reporting
A progress report, in the format approved by the owner, will be issued at the end of each week of project. Accompanying the manager’s weekly report will be the meeting minutes from the weekly sub-trade coordination meetings and the meeting minutes from the owner consultants bi-weekly meetings.

This project was to construct all the clinics as noted above, at the 2 sites. The requirements for specialty construction were detailed in every aspect of construction as set forth by the Architect and details issued by JR Contract Management in order to maintain quality control and time lines. Also the details to ensure each clinic was uniquely displayed to show their products and Logo. This project required very stringent direction from the General Contractor to ensure all correspondences from Mechanical / Electrical Engineers was relayed to the Sub-Trades on a timely and fashionable manor so as not to impede the construction schedule.

ITS TUNDRA INTEGRATED THERMAL SOLUTIONS PROJECT COMPLETION COST $1,263,482.00
This project was to renovate the existing space in 2 buildings occupied by ITS Tundra. The systems furniture was very extensive with special detail to Voice / Data and Electrical requirements, the project was also very detailed with Altos glass wall systems and sound baffling above all partitions. JR Contract Management had to maintain and coordinate security / IT Infrastructure requirements at all times and ensure all information was delivered in timely and suitable fashion to all parties concerned so as to meet the construction scheduled as issued, the requirement for specialty construction were detailed in every aspect of construction as set forth by the Architect and details issued by JR Contract Management in order to maintain quality control and time lines.

This project was to construct facilities for the three separate locations as noted above , this was a Construction Management Contract that had a nine-week dead line to relocate Home-care from three separate locations. This project entailed the implementation of a complete data / communications upgrade to the entire building , as per the scope of work as outlined by AHS IT Infrastructure the building had to be equipped with data tray through out and all new wiring installed for data/communications, the project had to take into consideration the sensitive nature for this scope of work as the users occupied the building and construction could not impede their operation , the phones could not be disconnected ant any time during construction as this was the Home-care Department.
