click on insert from the tool bar then photo album then ... photos into the... · click on insert...

Click on Insert from the tool bar then Photo Album then select new photo album which will bring up the Photo Album box.
Select Insert picture from: File/Disk. You would then select the folder and files that you want included in your album. You should see the picture
files listed in the box labeled pictures in album. Once all of your photos are in the pictures in album box select create. This will create a separate
power point with all of your photos. You would then select the photo that you want to copy to your main power point and right mouse click on the
picture and select copy.
You would then go to your last slide and select paste which will create a new slide with that photo. From there you would right click on the room
that photo goes to on your main map and select edit hyperlink from the drop down menu. This will open up an action settings box.
You would then select the arrow on the Hyperlink to: box which will open a drop down menu. Scroll down and select slide which will open up a
Hyperlink to Slide box.
Select the slide number that contains the photo that you want to hyperlink to (in this case it is slide #5), then select OK.
