Status of RussTech Pro-Vitalizer Plus

The Pro-Vitalizer Plus unit has the status of the physiotherapeutic device, " intended for stimulation of biologically active zones and points with the purpose of achievement medical and anesthetizing effect ".

Specifically, the device is a biofeedback device is regulated by the United States Food and Drug Administration, under 21 CFR 882.5050. Generic name: device, biofeedback, Product Code HCC, Class II exempt from 510 (k) pre-market notification according to FDA Notice FR21ja98-84 as a battery powered, professional use device for relaxation training and muscle reeducation.

Additionally, biofeedback, as defined by the National Library of Medicine MedLine database, is a process that uses instrumentation to give a person immediate and continuous signals of change in their bodily functions of which they are usually unaware.

Overview

The Pro-Vitalizer Plus is intended as well as its forerunners (electroneural stimulation biofeedback) for therapeutic non-invasive influences on an integument of the person, rendering the general regulating influences on physiological systems of an organism, and also for treatment of functional frustration in a wide spectrum of pathologies. The device is utilized in conditions of health treatment and prophylactic purposes.

The electroneural stimulation biofeedback device is the culmination of many years research by the Russian Military to develop a portable device which universally triggers the body to use its considerable powers of self-healing.

The electroneural stimulation sets up a Bio-feedback loop so that the body and the electroneural stimulation are equal partners in a two-way dialogue; both controlling and being controlled by the other.

Success rates are extremely high in the order of 80% and higher in some cases, with a complete cure in about 2/3 of these cases. For all conditions the results are fast, intense and long-lasting. Many situations will respond in 2 or 3 treatments. More chronic conditions require longer courses.

The electroneural stimulation biofeedback works by stimulating the brain with a constantly varying signal that causes it to instruct the nervous system to generate neuropeptides, the key biochemicals needed by the body to heal itself. As we age and, for some conditions, even when we are young, the brain tends to become habituated to a disease or injury rather than aggressively enabling generation of the neuropeptides needed to affect recovery.
