Clear Football LoungeChallenge:
• As Ronaldo is a global ambassador for Clear – we knew we wanted to do a campaign that catered to WorldCup craze, however, we did not just want to cater to football fanatics but also wanted to engage those users who may not be experts on football knowledge.
Solution:
• Create a simple Predict & Win game where users could come and predict outcome of matches and other fun and easy questions!
Clear Football LoungeWhat was different about Clear’s Predict & Win?
• We not only aimed to bring users to our website, but to engage them for the entire length of the World Cup and retain them on to web portal. We wanted to increate the ‘Time on Site’ as well. We decided to embed the game play in plethora of Quick and Convenient World Cup related filler information that the fans could enjoy.
Achievement:
• Clear Football Lounge - the first of its kind for Unilever – was a web portal that was responsive and platform independent. With different designs for Mobile and Desktop, we made sure users would engage with us across all platforms and devices!
• Total Sessions = 53,000+• Unique Users = 34,000+• Predictions = 52,231• Page Views = 132,000+ • Average Session Duration = 2Min:5Secs
CFL Review
Mobile Responsive Website• Since Facebook applications do not work on mobiles we hosted our game play on www.clear.com.pk • By doing this we tapped into the 180+ million mobile users by making our website mobile responsive.
•74% of our sessions were logged in from mobile phones, 18% from desktops and about 8% from tablets. •Therefore, these stats show that our campaign was platform independent and we were able to reach all users on all devices.
