MAXCLEAN’s headquarter is located in Wuxi, China. We have one of the largest production lines in the world, occupying 55,028 square meters. CLEANROOM WIPERS

1Sealed-border wipers are the most widely used wipers in highly critical environment (Class 10 - 100 cleanroom). The fabrics are knitted from filament polyester or nylon. They are then laundered in our state-of-art 18mΩ EDI water system after being cut and sealed by our different border sealing machines. Maxclean has utilized its textile and cleanroom expertise to develop a comprehensive range of knitted wipers to meet a variety of different needs.

Nonwoven wipers are recommended for usage in environment that has lower particle requirement (Class 1,000-10,000 cleanroom). We offered a series of blended nonwoven wipers which are composed of cellulose, polyester, and rayon. They are designed for general cleaning purpose and spill control.

EDI Water System

Utilizing our latest technology of EDI water system, our semi conductor electronic grade water offers 18 mΩ of resistance which ensures the highest cleanliness in our wash cycle. Our compressed air supply is oil-free and air filtered to 0.1 micron size of particle removal. For cleaning and purging applications, the EDI water system also features a real time monitoring alarm system to ensure water purity and hence, the consistency of quality.

FACE MASK

The face masks manufacturing facility is a Class 10,000 cleanroom fully equipped with latest state-of-the-art high speed mask body/ribbon composition machines. The masks products will then be placed in UV room for bacteria and smell killing.

We also offer a special cleaning and processing service in Class 100 cleanroom. The masks pass through an air shower pass box for micro-contamination removal and then packaged under a Class 100 vertical laminar flow clean hood.

3 Our sticky mats are formulated and developed to meet the stringent cleanroom particulate specifications, such as entryways, walkways, and traffic areas, where particle contamination has to be controlled. It can effectively capture 99% foot-borne and wheel-borne particles from entering the controlled working environment.

Our sticky rollers provide the most efficient means of removing small particles from flat surfaces, such as walls, tabletops, floors, and ceilings. The adhesive on the sticky film not only removes contaminants but also provides an inhibitor to prevent growth of microbial, which makes it suitable for both general and cleanroom use.

Sticky Mat

Each sticky mat is composed of multiple layers of polyethylene films coated with custom high adhesive laminated into 30 layers. When the top layer becomes sufficiently soiled, simply peel it off for the next clean layer. The water-based adhesive, which has a pH level of 7, does not contain benzoic acid.
