Why do SIMIX All Purpose Cleaner and Multi-Surface Coating have a high pH? Microbes need an environment that offers nutrients in a certain pH range. Most microbes like a pH of 6 to 8. They cannot survive in environments that are below 4.8 or above 9.2. While most cleaning and coating products are pH neutral, SIMIX Multi-Surface Coating has a pH of 11 and SIMIX All Purpose Cleaner has a pH of 12. With SIMIX, you can easily maintain a clean environment that does not support microbial growth.
