CIF/IFF

S-11. Originating unit creates requesting with

individuals name in description field then forwards request to CIF/IFF

2. CIF/IFF receives request and opens request once individual physically arrives at site. When check out process is complete a “Action Item” is added to request stating that the individual has successfully checked out. The request then is forward to TAMP.

3. TAMP receives the request and follows the same process as the CIF/IFF. The request then is forward to SMOOTH MOVE.

4. SMOOTH MOVE receives the request and follows the same process as the CIF/IFF. The request then is forward to MEDICAL.

5. MEDICAL receives the request and follows the same process as the CIF/IFF. The request then is forward to DENTAL.

DENTAL6. DENTAL receives the request and follows the

same process as the CIF/IFF. The request then is forward to HOUSING.

7. HOUSING receives the request and process as the CIF/IFF. The request then is assigned to IPAC as the supporting detachment.

8. IPAC receives the request and changes the status of the request to processing. Once the orders are complete it will be attached to the request and the status will be changed to executed and sent back to S-1

9. S-1 changes the status to received and closes out the request.
