The program provides coaches to support our new parents returning to the workplace and to employees grappling with work/life issues

The objective is to:

� Improve retention of key employees as they return from leave and work through major life stage transitions

� Provide guidance to working parents so they can be successful through their new life stage

� Increase productivity and efficiency of working parents in the short and long term

� Improve management and team performance

Coaches focus on helping individuals:

� Think through perceived barriers, identify and develop action plans and create solutions that allow them to remain engaged and committed to their career
