VERB BE

BE is the most important English verb. It is used as a main verb and as an auxiliary verb in the passive voice. BE is the only word in English that has three conjugations in the simple present (present simple). All other verbs have only two.

The verb "to be" in English is equivalent to the verbs "ser" and “Estar" in Castilian.

Contractions are usually used in these ways:

I am I'm

You/we/they are You/we/they're

He/she/it is He/she/it's

Mechanical: Is liable for repairing the car.

Nurse: Is answerable for providing medical

care to the patient.

Psychologist: Is responsible for providing psychological support to people with problems related to mental health so they can have a better quality life.

Teacher: Is responsible for providing

students basic knowledge in the academic area

Police: Is liable for providing security against

crime people.

Veterinarian: Is answerable for providing

medical care to pets.

Cashier: person responsible for the

account receivable in a business establishment.

Plumber: Responsible for repairing

damaged pipes.

Waiter: Person responsible for bringing

to the table what is ordered in a restaurant.
