Wonders Unit 6 Week 5 Essential question: What makes you  laugh?  Open the red McGraw Hil l/Wonders app on Classlink.   Click on the first circle app on the left “to do”  

● Watch Weekly opener video “Funny”  ● Listen to the read aloud “Show and Tell”  

Click on the next circle with the block “words to know”.  ● Click on each vocabulary word then click on the tabs.  ● Read the information about each word and then answer  

the question about each word on a Google Doc or on  paper.  

Math

Go into the red McGraw Hil l/Wonders app and click the book  circle.   Read “The Gentleman Bookworm” poem (pages 550-551) it is  after the poem “Ollie’s Escape”   Answer these questions .  You may use a Google Doc to record your answers, if needed.  

Math    

1. Go on IXL for ten minutes. You must enter through  Class Link on the district webpage. If you are having fun,  you may choose to stay on longer!   

2. Read Aloud: The Doorbell Rang by Pat Hutchins  3. Create: Go to Google Docs and create a new document  

by clicking the plus sign. Include the following:  ● Type one division word problem that does not  

have a remainder in the answer.  ● Type one division word problem that has a  

remainder in the answer.    ● Insert pictures that go along with your word  

problems.  ● Type an answer key at the bottom.
