Make Appointment for your EXIT INTERVIEW by contacting [email protected]

Meetings will be booked for June 11, 12, 16,17 & 18. Appointments must be made.

Senior evaluations review Reviews will be based on senior and all prior

grades, attendance, TSIC participation, and behavior

I’ve Graduated…What now?

Your funds will not be paid until you have successfully completed your

Exit Interview

Your Exit Interview will not be successful unless you have completed all applicable

items on your evaluation checklists

Remember your contract????

Apply for grants & other scholarships Enroll within one year of graduation Military? Five years to use ALL of your credit

hours

Remember your contract???? Must advise of address/phone/email changes on

an annual basis Must submit annual Student information form

with Florida Prepaidhttps://www.myfloridaprepaid.com/survey/index.aspx

Failure to do so results in holding of funds, Foundation retains ownership of any unused credit hours

If student does not attend for 2 consecutive years with no written plan given to TSIC, scholarship will be terminated

Annual requirements

Until your funds reach a zero balance, each April/May you must:Update annual survey with Florida PrepaidComplete update form at pascoeducationfoundation.orgDeliver, mail or email official report card/grades to TSIC officeMinimum 2.5 GPA must be maintainedFailure to do any of the above will freeze payments

College Planning Award Letters Tips for Filing- BE ORGANIZED

Suggestions Meet with the college financial aid officer as

soon as you are accepted ASK: “Are there any grants/scholarships that I

can apply for”? ASK: “What will my out-of-pocket expenses

be”? Advise them to use TSIC funding FIRST DO NOT ACCEPT LOAN unless absolutely

necessary for your education
