NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), F.S., notice is hereby given that the Jefferson County
Board of County Commissioners will meet in an Executive Session to be held on
Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at the Jefferson County Emergency Operations
Center, 169 Industrial Park Road, Monticello, Florida 32344.
This Executive Session is not open to the Public.
The Executive Session is set for the Commission to discuss the lawsuit filed in Capital
Asphalt, Inc. v Jefferson County, Florida, Case No.: 2020-CA-65, Circuit Court of the
Second Judicial Circuit in and for Jefferson County; a verbatim record of the Executive
session will be made a part for the public record upon conclusion of the litigation. In
addition to the court reporter, present at this session will be counsel of record for Jef-
