The Clarinda Chamber of CommerceAnnual Banquet is the perfect time to lookback through the previous year to acknowl-edge the exciting changes that have hap-pened for our businesses and community.Throughout 2016, many entities haveworked fervently in pursuit of enhancing thebusiness and community cl imate inClarinda.

The Clarinda Chamber, for its part, has been diligently work-ing to support current businesses in their operations andgrowth, working to create an environment conducive for newbusiness recruitment, and has held numerous events to enhancethe livelihoods of those in our region. Many community groupshave collaborated in these pursuits and we should all take pridein this work that benefits our town. While we are continuallyforging ahead with exciting projects for 2017 and years tocome, we thank you for taking the time to celebrate the manychanges that our community has worked so passionately tobring to Clarinda.

We hope that you feel a sense of community pride in theaccomplishments outlined in this annual report.
