the meeting adjourn and move to Executive Session for the purpose of discussing matters leading to the employment of a particular person and to discuss pending litigation strategy.

It was moved by Mr. Fuchs and seconded by Mr. Priore that the Board approve the following: the Financial Reports for May and June 2016; the Schedule of Bills; the Check Warrant Report; Free and Reduced Price Meals; to set the Tax Rates for the 2016-2017 school year (a copy is attached); the District Safety Plans; the Compliance Procedures for Borrowing and to accept the Internal Auditor’s report for May as submitted and recommended.

She replaces Susan Perlow, Harris Hill Speech teacher, who retired.

She replaces Jennifer Sinclair, Ledgeview Speech teacher, who retired. NAME: Jennifer Stockslager TYPE: Probationary TENURE AREA: School Psychologist EFFECTIVE DATE: September 1, 2016 PROBATIONARY PERIOD September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2020 CERTIFICATION STATUS: Holds Permanent Certification as a

School Psychologist ANNUAL SALARY: $48,703, MA+78, Step 4 ASSIGNMENT: Mrs. Stockslager earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Hartford, an educational specialist in school psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver, and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Canisius College. Jennifer has held school psychologist positions in the Douglas County District, Colorado; the Charleston County School District in South Carolina; and for the past year in the Grand Island and Lancaster School Districts. She brings more than nine years of experience to this position replacing Chrishelle Leonard, Clarence Center School Psychologist, who resigned.
