CLAs – Who are they?

LukeAhsanAnisha

Why them? Ahsan is a WEA Inclusion in Rugby trainer and a mixed ability Bumbles player.

Anisha is a People First employee, supporting other people with learning disability in social inclusion and job placement.

Luke is a Shipley College student, IT- mad.

How did we recruit them?

Working with Specialist Tutor Mark Goodwin, we selected potential Ambassadors who:

came from different backgrounds had moderate learning difficulties were proactive and enthusiastic had previous experience in training and education had natural leading attitude or exceptional skills were embedded in their local community
