4- NOTING AND CONFIRMATION OF CIRCULATION AGENDA NO. 01 DATED 10.09.2018 :

To note and confirm the Circulation Agenda No. 01 dated 10.09.2018 regarding tele con. held with DDG IT on 09.09.2018 and DDGE IT instructed that payment be made immediately because it is vital requirement of Board for better communication and DDG IT also informed that the implementation has been done by a Govt. Dept (BSNL) and the cost incurred is minimum in that context.

6- REVISED THE RA TES OF VARIABLE DEARNESS ALLOWANCE THE BASIS OF THE A VERA GE CONSUMER:

ON

To note Govt. of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner (C), New Delhi letter No. F.No.1/38(3)/2018-LS-II dated 28.09.2018 revised the rates of Variable Dearness Allowance on the basis of the average consumer price index number for the preceding period of six months ending on 30.06.2018. This order shall come into force w.e.f. 01.10.2018.

Relevant Order is placed on the table.

7. LEVYING OF USER CHARGES FOR DOOR TO DOOR GARBAGE COLLECTION IN CANTONMENT AREA :

To consider the matter of levying user charges for door to door garbage collection from residents, shops, restaurant etc., us/ 67 of the Cantonments Act, 2006.

The matter be considered in the light that about Rs. 84,000/- (App.) will be borne every month by Cantonment Board for provision of door to door garbage collection(Vehicle with driver and two helpers) in Ajmer Cantonment area. Further Ajmer Cantonment Board is a highly state aided Board with meager source from local revenue. It is therefore, proposed to charge following user charges with effect from 1st Jan., 2019 to ensure above service is economically sustainable :

SUPPLEMENT ARY AGENDA

TRIENNTIAL ASSEMENT FOR THE PERIOD FROM 2018-19 TO 2020-21

Reference application dated 04.10.2018 submitted by all elected members.

2. To consider the matter for reviewing the rate to be fixed for increase property tax for the · Triennial Assessment for the period from 2018-19 to 2020-21.

RESOLUTION 8 : Considered by the Board in detail and resolved that property tax be increased by 11 % in triennial assessment for the period from 2018-19 to 2020-21 except for properties which have undertaken renovation/new construction, Bungalow No. 1, 2, 3 and Sophia Girls College, Ajmer which are a major source of property tax and corresponding revenue for the Board. Fresh notices be sent to owner/occupiers accordingly.

9- PURCHASE OF 20 K.V. A. GENERATOR:-To consider the matter for purchase of 20 KV A Generator for which bids were placed on

GEM Portal.

In response to this 14 bids were received . Further technical evaluation 11 bids were accepted and financial bid of same were opened. Details are mentioned below·-
