•One of the most ambitious project of the Civil Service Bureau was uploading archived asset declarations on the web-site of the Bureau

•The project was a result of hard work on large volume of information – 47 000 declarations were scanned and converted into PDF format

The Unified System of E-Document-flow

• E-document-flow system is developed to improve effectiveness of management.

• The Program enables effective storage and search of information, prompt registration of documents, their submission to head officials and transfer to appropriate units.

• After being scanned, document is

placed in database and submitted to its destination electronically.
