Police Brutality is just 1 social injustice being ignored or not

taking as seriously as it should be.

Innocent people have suffered. This not only affects the person who is

getting abused but their families and friends.

Police are supposed to protect us and serve our communities, but some do the total opposite.

Some people are even afraid to help a victim of police brutality because the odds are getting abused or arrested, which isn’t the way situations like this should be handled.

Was killed by undercover detectives on November 25,2006 the night before his wedding. He and 2 of his friends were leaving his bachelor party, when they were shot. The police killed an innocent and un armed man. 3 of the 5 detectives involved in the shooting indicted innocent.

Abuse by law enforcement officers in the U.S is one of the most serious and divisive human rights and violations in the country. The violations persist nationwide, committed by various law

enforcement personnel including local state police, sheriff’s departments and federal agents. Police have engaged in unjustified shootings, severe beatings, and unnecessary rough treatment.
