PLANS – 2 sets of working drawings *Minimum sheet size 24” x 36”; all sheets shall be the same size; *Construction documents must clearly show the electrical installation or alteration in floor plan view (for each floor) *Where existing electrical systems are to supply additional loads, the plans must include documentation that demonstrates the adequate capacity and ratings of the existing service as provided for in Article 220 of the NEC. Address or parcel number Power, lighting, wiring for each floor, and electrical panel locations Electrical panel schedules and loads indicated in volt-amperes (VA) or kilovolt-amperes (KVA) Riser diagrams with conductor and raceway size, type and grounding methods Complete load calculations Lighting budget calculations Fault current calculation Washington State Department of Labor and Industries valid contractor’s license required at the time of permit issuance. Current City of Tukwila business license required at time of permit issuance. Installation of 1000 amp service or larger in educations, institutional and health care facilities shall be prepared by an engineer registered in the State of Washington. All drawings shall bear an original seal and signature of the engineer.
