Construct a regional level multi sports pavilion at Hay Park Regional Sports Grounds — the largest sports ground in the South West — home to regional soccer, rugby, hockey, BMX, croquet, athletics and swimming, also district tennis, junior AFL, senior and junior netball.
The Multi Sports Pavilion consists of three structures: A Function Centre Building containing Kitchens, Public and Staff Toilets, Offices and store rooms and bar area. The second building is a Change room/ablution block and the third is a Prefabricated Grandstand with roof over. The City of Bunbury has secured some funding through the Department of Sport and Recreation and the State funded Royalties for Regions.

The City of Bunbury is seeking to engage an experienced contractor to collect revenue and deposit monies for parking ticket machines and various Council facilities, in Bunbury for the principal as required.
