Except where noted, all fees have been administratively revised for the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of 3.6%
as of February 2018.
Recreation and Park Fees were adopted by the City Council in November 2017 and were effective January 2018
except where noted. These fees were not adjusted for the CPI.
Affordable Housing and Development Impact Fees were increased by the Construction Cost index for a 1 year
period from April 2017 through April 2018 at the rate of 2.7%.

complete a self-certification form, which is made available through and must be filed with the City's Finance Department.
