17 07 0501 I seek access to arrest/charge data related to all individuals charged/arrested with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking for the period from January 1, 2015 to present. I am interested in single counts for cannabis possession related offences (possession over/under and possession for the purpose of trafficking over/under). I ask that instead of names, individuals be identified as unique, randomly-generated numbers. I would also like information related to the age at arrest, gender, and race of the accused. I would also like to request geographic information about where the offence took place – ideally in the form of police patrol zone and for the first three digits of the accused postal code (Forward Sortation Areas).
